AIRE Technology

The Nervous System Engine for Human Performance.

AIRE is developing an adaptive performance system that turns physiological and contextual data into personalized action.

It helps athletes understand their current state, select an appropriate intervention and learn from their individual response.

Data should change what happens next.

Athletes and performance teams already collect data on heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, readiness, training load and recovery.

However, measurement alone does not improve performance. The value lies in understanding what these signals mean for each individual athlete and what action may be appropriate at any given moment.

AIRE is designed to bridge the gap between monitoring and action.

One system. Six connected layers.

  • Physiological data

Signals such as heart rate, heart rate variability, respiration and other relevant biomarkers from connected wearable technology.

  • Athlete context

Subjective readiness, perceived stress, recovery and contextual information that physiological signals alone cannot explain.

  • State Engine

AIRE interprets these inputs to build a dynamic picture of the athlete’s current physiological and nervous system state.

  • Protocol System

An evidence-based intervention is selected according to the athlete’s state, context and immediate objective.

  • Response Engine

AIRE assesses how the athlete’s physiology changes in response to the intervention.

  • Adaptive Learning

Over time, the system develops an increasingly individual understanding of what helps each athlete prepare, regulate and recover.

A closed loop for individualized performance.

  • Measure

Combine wearable signals with athlete feedback and relevant context.

  • Understand

Interpret the information to estimate the athlete’s current physiological state.

  • Act

Deliver an intervention matched to the athlete’s immediate need and performance objective.

  • Measure the response

Assess how the athlete responds before and after the intervention.

  • Adapt

Use the individual response to improve future recommendations.

Similar data does not mean identical needs.

Two athletes can present similar physiological signals and still respond differently to the same intervention.

Even within one athlete, the response may change according to training load, sleep, stress, travel or competition pressure.

AIRE is designed to learn from these differences. Instead of applying one generic protocol, the system works toward understanding what is effective for a specific athlete in a specific state and context.

AIRE works with the data athletes already generate.

AIRE is not intended as a replacement for existing wearables or as an additional isolated performance score.

Instead, it provides an intelligence layer between measurement and action, combining available physiological signals with athlete context to select an appropriate intervention and evaluate the individual response.

It takes you from monitoring to action.
From generic guidance to individual responses.
From data overload to physiological intelligence.

One engine.
Different performance needs.

Prime
Prepare for training or competition.

Performe
Support focus and regulation under pressure.

Recover
Transition from physical and mental load into recovery.

Sleep
Support downregulation before restorative sleep.

Travel
Manage disruption caused by travel and changing schedules.

Mind
Develop focus, emotional regulation and resilience.

Each application follows the same principle: understand the athlete’s current state, select an appropriate action and learn from the response.

Breath is the beginning.
Not the end.

Breathing is immediate, accessible and trainable. It provides an important interface with the autonomic nervous system and forms a central foundation of AIRE’s protocol system.

But AIRE is not simply a breathwork app.

The platform is being designed to incorporate additional scientifically supported approaches to regulation, preparation and recovery as it evolves.

Evidence provides the foundation.
Individual response provides the answer.

A scientifically supported intervention may work under controlled conditions. But that does not mean every athlete will respond in the same way.

AIRE combines evidence-based protocols with individual response measurement. This allows the system to move beyond the question “Can this work?” toward the more relevant question: “Did it work for this athlete?”

The future of performance is adaptive.

AIRE is building technology that learns from the athlete rather than treating every athlete the same.
