Built on evidence. Tested in performance.
AIRE is being developed at the intersection of physiology, neuroscience, breathing science, sports performance and wearable technology.
Our goal is to turn established scientific knowledge into practical, measurable support for individual athletes.
Evidence is the foundation, not the finish line.
Research can show that an intervention may influence physiological state. But it cannot guarantee that every athlete will respond in the same way.
AIRE combines evidence-based methods with individual response measurement to understand not only whether an intervention can work, but whether it worked for a particular athlete.
The individual response matters.
Human physiology is dynamic. Training load, sleep, stress, travel and competition pressure can all influence how an athlete responds.
AIRE is designed to compare physiological state before and after an intervention. Over time, this helps build a more individual understanding of which methods support preparation, regulation and recovery.
A multidisciplinary approach to performance.
Physiology
Understanding how the body responds to load, recovery and regulation.
Neuroscience
Exploring the relationship between the nervous system, attention, stress and performance.
Wearable technology
Using relevant physiological signals to support measurement, interpretation and individual learning.
Breathing science
Applying structured breathing and functional breathing training as accessible tools for influencing physiological state.
Sports performance
Translating scientific principles into methods that work within real training and competition environments.
Developed in real performance environments.
AIRE is being developed and tested together with athletes, performance environments and scientific experts.
Our initial proof-of-concept work includes athletes from Swiss elite football. This allows us to study physiological state, intervention and individual response within the realities of training, recovery and competition.
The purpose is clear: to develop technology that works beyond the laboratory, where performance actually happens.
From research to adaptive performance technology.
AIRE translates scientific knowledge into a continuous learning process:
Measure → Understand → Intervene → Measure Response → Learn → Adapt
This closed-loop approach connects evidence-based methods with the changing needs and responses of the individual athlete.
Help us advance individualized human performance.
We welcome conversations with researchers, scientific experts and high-performance organizations interested in physiological regulation and individualized performance.
